When I signed up to attend Valerie's "So You're Too Busy To Exercise, Eh?" I expected to sit and listen to the usual guidance to walk when possible, opt for the stairs and watch what you eat. Instead, I found myself up on my feet, laughing and engaging in an easy to follow and FUN dance routine ….along with several of my work colleagues, no less! Valerie gave a wonderful presentation.
